§ Mr. McCURDYI appreciate fully the value of the services rendered by hawkers in promoting the rapid and widespread distribution of fresh fish to consumers, and I should welcome any extension of this method of distribution, but I am unable to incur the cost of setting up a special organisation for the extension of this mode of distribution. I should, however, be glad to give the fullest consideration to any practical scheme which the hon. and gallant Member may be able to suggest. The second part of the question would appear to be a matter to be dealt with by the Ministry of Labour.
