§ Dr. ADDISONThe number of houses completed during the coming year must depend very largely on the supply of labour available for building, a matter on which I have much misgiving. If this is available I anticipate the building of 200,000 houses in a year from this spring, and I shall be disappointed if more than half of that number have not been completed by the end of December next.
