HC Deb 26 February 1920 vol 125 c1886
16. Mr. SWAN

asked the President of the Board of Education whether the education statistics, as collected and published before the War, are being collected; and whether he intends to publish this year fuller statistics than during the past two years?

The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Herbert Fisher)

The Board are now, so far as pressure of work and limitations of staff permit, resuming the collection and tabulation of statistics which were suspended during the War, and I hope to be able to publish during the financial year 1920–21 fuller statistics than during the last few years.
