§ Dr. ADDISONI understand that few, if any, cinemas are being erected in the County of London at the present time, but that in connection with proposals for the building of new cinemas or extensions of cinemas which have been submitted to them, the London County Council are considering the question of using their powers under Section 5 of the Housing (Additional Powers) Act, 1919.
