GREENWOODNo treaties or agreements were entered into between His Majesty's Government and the Government of the late Admiral Koltchak, unless the hon. and gallant Member refers to the well-known exchange of notes which took place in May, 1919, which may be considered to have lapsed with the disappearance of the Government with whom they were exchanged.
