HC Deb 19 February 1920 vol 125 cc1027-8
32. Sir HERBERT NIELD

asked the Prime Minister whether he will consider the advisability of restoring the right of litigants to have their causes tried by jury in civil cases which was curtailed during the War owing to the exigences of the situation?

34. Sir J. D. REES

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the great relief experienced by actual and potential jurors, the Government will consider the expediency of retaining the restrictions imposed during the War on the right of litigants to have their causes tried by jury?

The PRIME MINISTER
