§ Mr. NEALNo arrangement was made with the London General Omnibus Company to guarantee or pay them any grant or subsidy when motor-lorry omnibuses were put on to relieve the congestion of passenger traffic in London. The company have, however, made representations' to the Minister of Transport with regard to certain expenditure to which they have been put and, inasmuch as the matter is at present the subject of discussion, I am not able to make any statement.
