HC Deb 12 February 1920 vol 125 cc194-5
4. Sir MONTAGUE BARLOW

asked the Pensions Minister whether the Government are prepared forthwith to adopt the recommendations of the Second Report of the Select Committee on Pensions?

Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANS

The very valuable Report of the Select Committee contains about 50 separate recommendations, and I cannot yet say to what extent they can be adopted.

Sir M. BARLOW

Can anything be said as to whether, after consultation with the proper quarter, an opportunity can be afforded for an early discussion of the recommendations of the Report?

Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANS

My hon. Friend knows that that is a question which must be addressed to the Leader of the House.
