§ 22. Mr. WADDINGTONasked the Minister of Health when the model form of agreement under Section 13 (3) of The Housing Act, 1919, will be issued; whether he is aware that his department received an inquiry on 24th December from the Bacup Corporation for the model form, and no reply was sent until 30th January; and whether he will ascertain why his department requires six weeks to answer an inquiry?
§ Dr. ADDISONI understand that the model form of agreement to cover this class of case was held up pending the receipt of criticisms upon it from the different areas. I am, however, making further enquiries into the matter and will communicate with my hon. Friend as soon as possible.
