§ Mr. BALDWINEvery effort is being made to expedite the issue of the annual volume of the Statutes. It is hoped that copies will be available at the Vote Office, by the first week in September.
Mr. SCOTTIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that it is about a month ago since it was published by the Stationery Office, and is there any reason why it should not now be issued to Members?
