§ Mr. BONAR LAWNo payment has been made towards the administrative expenses of the Occupied Enemy Territory Administration East since the 1st January, 1920. Before that date a subsidy was paid towards the expenses of the Arab Administration, but no personal subsidy was paid to the Emir Feisul. The question of the Emir's future status can only be decided by the Peace Conference to which he has been invited.
