KINLOCH-COOKEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he will consider the possibility of continuing the war gratuity to ships' companies up to 31st December, 1919, in the case of men who served in the Baltic Patrol after the Armistice and consequently under war conditions; and, failing this concession, will he make the same allowances as in the case of officers and men serving in South Russia?
