§ Dr. ADDISONI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to Command Paper 611, which sets out the changes in the prices of the principal building materials. Enquiry into the existence of associations and combines of the kind indicated is being made by the Committee appointed under the Profiteering Act by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade to inquire into profiteering in building materials, and it is hoped that the Report of that Committee will be available shortly.
