BRAMSDONasked the Prime Minister whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce a Bill for the revision and consolidation of the Waterworks Clauses Acts, 1874 and 1863; whether he is aware that the matter was considered by the Board of Trade, who are reported to have passed it over to the Ministry of Health, but that Department in turn returned it to the Board of Trade; and, under these conflicting statements, will he state which Department is charged with this revision and consolidation?
