HC Deb 26 April 1920 vol 128 cc828-9
26. Lord ROBERT CECIL

asked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that passports have been refused to Miss Evelyn Sharpe and Mr. Arthur Watts, British subjects, who are anxious to proceed to Poland in connection with the work of the Society of Friends in fighting the typhus epidemic there raging; what office or Department is responsible for these refusals; and what are the reasons for this action?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I am informed that the applications for passports in these cases have been approved.
