§ Mr. BONAR LAWNo steps have as yet been taken to make a definite delimitation of the frontier between Poland and Lithuania. The present frontier is a provisional one laid down by the Supreme Council in December last. The question will doubtless form the subject of direct negotiations between the countries concerned.
