§ Mr. SHORTTI am unable to say at present. The Report will appear in three parts as usual. In normal circumstances Part I, containing the divisional statistics and reports, ought to be ready for publication in June, and Parts II and III, containing respectively the Report of the Chief Inspector and the statistics of output, should be issued in the summer I fear, however, that this year the Report may be delayed owing to the absence through serious illness of the Chief Inspector.
