§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe only plébiscite which has yet ben held under the Treaty of Versailles is that of Schleswig. There 390 the result of the vote in the Northern Plébiscite Zone was in favour of Denmark, and that in the Southern Plebiscite Zone was in favour of Germany. The International Commission charged with administering the vote will presumably shortly submit their Report to the Ambassadors' Conference, by whom the final decision as to the disposal of this area will be taken. Arrangements for holding the other plebiscites necessitated by the Treaty are making progress.
