§ Sir J. CRAIGThe conditions prevailing in the two Services are not analogous. Substantial benefits have, however, recently been granted to the Royal Fleet Reserve, as stated in the House on the 18th ultimo by my right hon. Friend the late Financial Secretary to the Admiralty, and reported in Volume 126, No. 28, Columns 2503 and 2504 of the OFFICIAL REPORT.
