§ Sir A. WILLIAMSONMr. Morton Eden, who has never held military rank, was withdrawn from Albania in January, 1920, with the concurrence of the Foreign Office. As it was considered that there was no longer any necessity for such services as had been rendered by Mr. Eden, he was not replaced by any other British representative. An answer to the second part of the question does not now arise.
