HC Deb 15 April 1920 vol 127 c1846
85. Captain TERRELL

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture whether the county distributing (forage) committees are still carrying out any duties, and, if so, of what nature and when their activities are coming to an end?

Sir A. WILLIAMSON

I have been asked to reply. The County Distributing. (Forage) Committees dealt with the distribution of the 1918 crop of hay and straw, and they are at present carrying out duties only in so far as the winding up of the organisation is concerned.
