I have the honour to report that, on the 30th day of March, 1920, Mr. P. J. Ward, M.P. for Donegal South, was arrested under a direction issued by me as Competent Military Authority, under the Defence of the Realm Regulations, and was committed to His Majesty's Prison at Londonderry.
