§ 51. Sir C. KINLOCH-COOKE
asked the Prime Minister whether in any legislation affecting Samoa promoted by the Dominion Parliament of New Zealand the enactments will be subject to the right of disallowance by the Crown?
§ Lieut.-Colonel AMERY
I do not understand that legislation to be passed by the New Zealand Parliament in the exercise of its authority over Samoa will be subject to disallowance.
