HC Deb 30 October 1919 vol 120 c885
83. Mr. HIGHAM

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware of the anti-British propaganda now being carried on in the United States, and what steps, if any, the Government is taking to counteract this propaganda, particularly in view of its effect on the sale of British-made goods in that country?

Mr. HARMSWORTH

I have been asked to take this question. The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. With regard to the second part, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to a question on this subject by the hon. Member for Keighley on the 28th instant.
