Mr. ROBERT YOUNGasked the Secretary to the Admiralty when prize money due to demobilised men who have served in the Royal Navy will be paid; whether Frank Smith, late Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, No. M.N. 1269, signaller, is entitled to a share of any prize money; and if so, whether he can expedite the payment of the same to enable him to follow his technical studies during the winter?
§ Dr. MACNAMARAIt is hoped that sufficient prize proceeds will have been received from Prize Courts and other sources to commence a distribution in the spring. Frank Smith, Signalman, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, M.Z. 1269, is eligible to participate.
