§ 35. Sir EDWARD BEAUCHAMPasked the Prime Minister if he can state when it is intended to grant facilities for the discussion of the Second Reading of the National Assembly of the Church of England (Powers) Bill?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI hope that it may be possible to find time for this Bill, and a date will shortly be given for the Second Reading. It is of course understood that the Government will leave it as entirely an open question for the decision of the House.
