Mr. CHAMBERLAINI have been asked to answer this question. I must refer the hon. Member to the answers given to the hon. Member for Central Aberdeen on the 29th October and to the 1899 hon. Member for West Toxteth of the 27th October on the question of payment to be made by Germany under the Separation Section of the Treaty.
