Mr. HALLASasked the Pensions Minister whether, in view of the practical failure which has so far attended all his other schemes for the establishment of convalescent training centres, he proposes to go on with the further scheme at the Beacon and Lickey Hostels, Birmingham, which does, as a matter of fact, deprive; 1,500 people of employment and housing at Longbridge, and which offers no better prospects of success than any of his previous schemes?
