§ Sir A. GEDDESNo dye stuffs have so far been received from Germany under the Eeparation Clauses of the Peace Treaty, though consignments are now on the way. The values to be credited to Germany are to be fixed by the Reparation Commission, aubject to certain conditions, but I understand that the Commission have not yet conic to a definite decision on the matter.
