§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of LABOUR (Mr. Wardle)I have been asked to reply to this question. The Appendices to the Minutes of Evidence of the Coal Industry Commission will be included in the Third Volume of the Proceedings. It is expected that the volume, which is now being printed, will be ready for issue shortly.
