Lieut. - Commander HILTON YOUNGasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what policy is served by the continuance of war-time Regulations against dealing in enemy-owned securities on the London Stock Exchange; and whether, in the financial interests of this country, he can now arrange that such Regulations should now be withdrawn?
