asked the Secretary of State for War whether part of the British Army of Occupation in Germany is under orders for Russia; and whether he will give details as to any movements of British troops in connection with forthcoming plebiscites?

The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative As regards the second part, no moves of units have yet actually taken place, but I will circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of the proposed locations to which British and Allied troops will be sent.
