asked the Lord Privy Seal whether he was aware that one of the difficulties in the Housing question was the rate of interest which the smaller local authorities would have to pay in order to raise the money, which would amount to 7 per cent. or more in some cases; and whether the Government would submit to the House any suggestions for meeting the difficulty?
