§ The UNDER-SECRETARY to the SCOTTISH BOARD of HEALTH (Mr. Pratt)I am aware that advance copies of a draft of proposed medical benefit regulations have been circulated to panel and insurance committees in England. The matter of new medical benefit regulations for Scotland is engaging the attention of the Scottish Board of Health, who have arranged to consult representatives of insurance practitioners and insurance committees on the subject on the 20th instant.
