Mr. MARRIOTTasked the Prime Minister whether the Government has considered the Report of the Select Committee on National Expenditure (Ninth Report, of Session of 1918, on Forms of Procedure); and whether, if so, the Government is prepared to propose to the House the setting up of one or more Estimates Committees in accordance with the recommendations therein contained?
