  1. (1)In the application of this Act to Scotland reference to an oversman shall be substituted for any reference to an umpire.
  2. (2)In the application of this Act to Ireland a reference to the Common. Law Procedure Amendment (Ireland) Act, 1856, shall be substituted for any reference to the Arbitration Act, 1889.
