Committee to consider of authorising the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, in pursuance of any Act of the present Session to make further provision for the acquisition of land for the purposes of small holdings, reclamation, and drainage, and other purposes relating to agriculture in Scotland, to amend the Small Landholders (Scotland) Act, 1911, and the enactments relating to allotments, and otherwise to facilitate land settlement in Scotland, of a further annual sum during each of the ten years commencing on the first day of April, 1920, not exceeding fifteen thousand pounds in any one year, to be placed at the disposal of the Board of Agriculture for Scotland, in addition to and, for the like purposes, as the sums not exceeding one hundred and eighty-five thousand pounds specified in Section 5 of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Act, 1911—(King's Recommendation signified) — To-morrow. — [Mr. Munro.]
