§ 53. Mr. NEWBOULDasked whether, on the day on which the question of premium or lottery bonds is discussed, the Government will place upon the Paper an outline of the terms of an issue of such bonds which, if approved by the House, the Government would adopt?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI should prefer to hear from the advocates of such an issue what form they think that it should take.
