Mr. LUNNasked the Minister of Health if he will shortly publish a series of pamphlets, on the lines of the valuable pamphlet on housing already published, explaining the powers of local authorities in connection with milk, food, and fuel, in view of the mass of different Regulations dealing with these subjects?
§ Sir T. WALTERSI have issued an explanatory circular dealing with the powers of local authorities in respect of the supply of milk for expectant and nursing mothers, and children under five. In the matter of Regulations as to other food arrangements and as to fuel I must refer the hon. Member to the Ministry of Food and the Board of Trade respectively.
