§ The MINISTER Of PENSIONS (Sir Laming Worthington-Evans)I am not aware of any protests such as that referred to by the hon. Member. Occasionally certificates are forwarded by widows, but in the usual course of procedure they are obtained by the Pension Issue Office from the local registrars and are paid for out of public funds.
