HC Deb 10 November 1919 vol 121 c30
69. Mr. FINNEY

asked the Food Controller whether his attention has been called to a resolution of the council of the county borough of Stoke-oil-Trent asking for the renewal of control prices for fodder; and if he can indicate the intentions of the Government respecting the same?

Sir A. BOSCAWEN

I am informed that no resolution from the council of the county borough of Stoke-on-Trent, asking for the renewal of control prices for fodder, has been received either by the Ministry of Food or by the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries. As regard the last part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to my hon. Friend, the Member for Hanley, on Thursday last.
