§ The MINISTER of PENSIONS (Sir Laming Worthington-Evans)The answer to the first past, of this question is in the affirmative. With regard to the latter part I am adopting the Report in its entirety, except that I disagree with the recommendation that in every case the man should have a permanent peg leg in addition to the mechanical limb which is to be provided in duplicate.
