§ Mr. PARKER (Lord of the Treasury)The view of my Noble Friend the President of the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries is that the matters referred to in the question are to some extent matters relating to agriculture, but as they relate also to public health the mode of dealing with these matters by a county council is under consideration by the Board and the Ministry of Health. At a later stage provision will be made in the Bill referred to by my hon. and gallant Friend to deal with this point.
