§ Mr. MONTAGUIn constituting the Committee I have endeavoured to make it representative of the various interests affected. The Committee will sit in London and hear evidence. I hope to make an immediate announcement on the subject.
§ Mr. TERRELLMy right hon. Friend has not answered the point of my question: Is he appointing representatives to this Commission who will represent the manufacturers?
§ Mr. MONTAGUYes, I hope so. Of course, my hon. Friend will understand that the Commission is primarily constistituted for India.
