HC Deb 27 May 1919 vol 116 cc1010-1
29. Mr. WIGNALL

asked the Secretary of State for War whether the services of the British military telegraphists employed on the Baudot in Paris can now be dispensed with; and, if so, whether he will arrange for their demobilisation?

Mr. FORSTER

As was stated in reply to the hon. Member on Tuesday last, the question of the discontinuance of the employment of military personnel on such work has been taken up with the General Post Office. I regret I can add nothing to that reply at present.
