Surridge, No. 288829, Royal Army Service Corps, Mechanical Transport, 3rd Army Corps, which he gave on 9th April last; and, seeing that this man's papers instructing him that he would be dispersed at Purfleet Rifle Range were issued on 25th February, 1919, he will take steps to avoid the recurrence of such delay, after a promise being given, with a view to avoiding irritation and unrest amongst the troops?
