§ Mr. BONAR LAWI know there is a general desire in the House that there should be such a discussion. We hoped to be able to arrange that it should be next week, but as there is so much business that we must get through before the Adjournment, perhaps my right hon. Friend will put the question again on Thursday when I will give a definite answer.
