asked who are the members of the Committee appointed to determine the relations between the Consular and Diplomatic Services and the Department of Oversea Trade and what are their terms of reference?

The Committee appointed by the War Cabinet has the following terms of reference: To examine the question of Government machinery for dealing with trade and and commerce.

Will the hon. Gentleman consider the advisability of adding to the Committee a representative of the Foreign Office to ensure that the Foreign Office point of view, as apart from the commercial point of view, shall be adequately considered?
