§ Colonel GRETTONDo I understand that this Committee consists exclusively of members of the Cabinet, or are there members of the Central Control Board on it?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI cannot say offhand, but I understand that it is a Committee of members of the Government, though I am not quite sure that some members of the Central Control Board may not be on it.
§ Mr. BILLINGIs it not a fact that it is principally composed of Nonconformist supporters of the Prime Minister?
