Resolved, That it appears from the Revenue Accounts presented to Parliament that in 1917-18 the Revenue of India amounted to £112,662,347; the expenditure charged to Revenue to £104,575,273, and the Capital Expenditure not charged to Revenue to £104,194,98."—[Mr. Montagu.]
